►NO STEALING! This should be an obvious one. No taking others work and claiming it as your own. If we catch you stealing, you will be kicked out of the contest.
►Be friendly! Yes, this is a contest, however, we will not tolerate anyone being mean to others. Respect eachother as editors and people. Everyone is here to have fun.
►Respect the Judges! Please understand that no decision we make will be biased and will be as fair as we can possibly be. We are not out to personally attack anyone or bash anyone editing skills as we are all amazing in our own ways. So please give us the same courtesy and do not attack us for the decisions we make as judges.
►Respect Deadlines! Please have your entry in before the deadline. After the deadline has pasted, you may have one week to get it in, however, one point will be taken away from you, and YOU MUST send the judges a message explaining the reason for your lateness. After that week is up, if you still do not have it in, your entry will not count for that round and you forfeit any points you may have received for that entry. (for more info on how the points system works, please see the "judging" section.)
►USING OTHER PEOPLES MASKS! This is not banned, but be warned, if you do decide to use others masks, it will effect your score! And YOU MUST credit them! This includes adding at what time another persons mask was used. For example:
"John Smith mask at 1:40 belongs to [insert editors name here]"
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that this is a contest meant to challenge you. So I strongly advise you use as little free masks as possible, as how well you mask is a judging category! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
►Eliminations. After each round, we will be eliminating two people. The only exception will be the collaboration round, which will consist of teams of two. We will be eliminating two teams from that round, meaning four people will be eliminated.
►Video Length. Each entry must be AT LEAST a minute long. Any videos shorter than a minute will not count as an entry. As long as it is over a minute long, it may be as long as you would like.
